Web Announcements and Broadcast Email Request

Please complete the following form to submit an announcement for a broadcast email and/or publication on the College Announcements/Events Page. Make sure the title entry adequately describes your topic. All entries must have the contact person identified with a valid phone number and email address. Entries will be reviewed before posting or broadcast.

NOTE: Voice mail is reserved for official emergency announcements where timing is critical.  Voice mail requests are to be submitted separately.

Please indicate the event date of the announcement and the date to remove the posting.  All requests will be posted to the web-based announcement page on the same day as the request is submitted (excluding weekends and holidays). Events are listed by "event date" not the post or submit date.  Use the mm/dd/yy format for dates.
