Emergency Voice Mail Announcement Request

Please complete the following form to submit a Voice Mail announcement request.  Make sure the title entry adequately describes your topic.  All entries must have the contact person identified with a valid phone number and email address.

Since Voice mail is reserved for official emergency announcements where timing is critical, submissions will be carefully and quickly reviewed.  Requests not considered appropriate for voice mail will be returned to the requester.

Voice mail is not available to students.  If the emergency announcement is not in the form of a request for faculty to "announce to their students," it is inappropriate for voice mail.

Text of message. Include the area or department making the announcement or sponsoring the event. Be brief and concise. Make sure to spell check your entry.
